Arayıp sorduğumuzda pardon yanlış söylemişiz dediler. Nasıl düzeltebileceklerini sorduğumda rafın ücretini vererek taktırabileceğimizi söylediler. Kendi hataları olduğu halde bir de para istediler anlayacağınız. Ama o raf düzenini istediğim için buna da razı oldum. Biz fiyatını öğrenip size geri dönüş yapacağız dediler ama 2 aydır arayan soran yok. Cansu hanıma ilgisizliğinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum.
They told us about a refrigerator that was not available at the dealership, and we decided to buy it. When the refrigerator came to the house, we found that it was in a different shelf layout than what they told. When we called and asked, they said sorry we said it wrong. When I asked how they could fix it, they said we could get it fitted by paying for the shelf. Although they had their own mistakes, they also wanted money, as you will understand. But since I wanted that shelf layout, I settle for that too. They said we will learn the price and get back to you, but no caller has been asking for 2 months. I thank Ms. Cansu for her indifference.
