They assured us that it would be delivered in perfect condition; we accepted the fee they demanded without negotiating even 1 lira. 1 month passed; When we went to see the ready-made products before shipment, we encountered wrong measurements and workmanship errors in both the dresser and the library. It neither reproduced nor discounted due to uselessness and errors. In his own words, he unilaterally canceled the order, declaring that his blacksmith might not be able to achieve the same measurements (we are talking about differences of up to 5 cm) and that he would not be able to earn money when he made a 10% discount; Refunded our down payment. At the end of the day, we waited in vain for 1 month and were disappointed. Ancient craftsmanship, keeping its promise; In case of inability to hold, it requires compensation for damage. It is not befitting a tradesman to not put any value in waiting and disappointing his customers for 1 month.
