I wanted to top up my data in the Konyaaltı Antalya branch and the rude guy I was dealing with told me to come back the next day and when I went back the woman I was dealing with was disgustingly rude to me. I'm changing to another provider today.

Three months ago I dropped into this store and was rudely informed that they had no SIM cards available. I got a SIM card at the Vodafone inside of the mall instead. Since this store is walking distance to the place I’m staying in, in Antalya, I’ve dropped in THREE times in the last month to reload my credit. All three times they all acted so helpless and useless, always advising that their “system has been down” and they offer zero support. The Vodafone Turkey app doesn’t work a damn either, I was using Vodafone Spain prior to this and didn’t have near as many issues. Go figure. All the guest-facing employees should be let go at this store in Konyaaltı for lying in customers faces. Such a disgrace. The other bad reviews don’t surprise me.

What's a terrible rules. There no possibility to pay by card if it's not turkish, through the web site as well. They are charge extra GB automatically if you don't want. And you even can't complain because the website rejects the application.

i dedicated all bad words to turkey vodafone network. if i hv an authority to destory one thing i will destroyed vodafone network system. they are even helpless they need our money . they are beggars. they are totally corrupted. they could not resolve my issue. they blocked my 3 months newly sim with no reason. please be aware from vodafone network.

Careful. They don’t follow online prices for foreigners. They just throw out a higher than listed number.

I prepared and went here just to see that they are not open on a Friday at 8:50am even though opening times on weekdays is stated to be 8:30am. I’m surprised a blue chip company tolerate this incompetent behavior from one of their branches

They lie to your face saying that they are not able to sell mobile phone to foreigners with an appropriate receipt. Instead they will give you some 'receipt' that is in fact just a fake. Also they will tell you prices which they came up with.
