It is a very ordinary situation to be kept waiting for hours despite an appointment. ...While you are happy that it's my turn, it is irrelevant and even more hurtful to be unable to object to the purchase of vehicles that are a few vehicles behind you... So what can be done as a solution?...Preventing monopolization and providing a competitive environment is definitely the only solution. I believe that more than one authorized and responsible "Vehicle Inspection Station" to be opened in the same country will radically solve the problem.
