★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İlginç bir şekilde gayet güzel hizmet aldım, yardımcı oldular. İlginç bir şekilde diyorum çünkü genelde Türk Telekom şubelerinde ilgili arkadaşlar olmazlar pek. Buradaki iki hanımefendi de ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı oldular. Abonelik iptali neticesinde modemi iade etmeye gitmiştik. Modem iadeleri alamamalarına rağmen hesabımızı incelediler, böyle bir şeye gerek var mı diye soruşturdular, modemi kontrol ettiler. Ki bunların hepsini çok zor bir müşterinin akabinde sakince yaptılar. Teşekkür ediyorum, kolaylıklar diliyorum.
Interestingly, I received very good service, they helped. Interestingly, I say because generally, they are not related friends in Türk Telekom branches. The two ladies here also helped as best they could. As a result of the subscription cancellation, we went to return the modem. Although they could not get the modem returns, they examined our account, inquired whether such a thing was needed, and checked the modem. They did all of this calmly after a very difficult customer. Is good. There are customer representatives who will assist you as best they can when you walk in. A company that can supply screen protectors, covers, etc. even if there is no compatible model, and meets all telecommunication needs of the customer.
