Tesadüfen e-devletten baktığımda trafik cezasını görüyorum. Önceden tebliğ edildi diye göründüğü için indirimden de yararlanamıyorum. Bir de ödeme zamanı geçtiği için faiz de işlenmiş. Kesildiğinden haberim olmayan trafik cezası için gecikme faizi mi ödeyeceğim? Şu telefonları açın da vatandaşa bir bilgi verin. Yeter bu ne sorumsuzluk?
