Despite the bad reviews, we wanted to give the business a chance. The place where we left the vehicle was like a coffee house, it was under smoke and it smelled heavily of cigarettes. It is so heavy that if the door of the vehicle was left open for 5 minutes, the smell of cigarettes would permeate the inside of the vehicle. “There is a very strong cigarette smell, are you cleaning here?” When we asked him, "There is nothing we can do, we are smoking as employees, that's all." We got an answer. We thanked him and left. We do not recommend. I hope business managers see this comment, shame on your capital. Please train your employees.

ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS written here were RIGHT TO THE END! They said let's do interior and exterior detailed cleaning and vacuum washing, I gave 250 liras and the result was disappointment. They supposedly vacuum cleaned the car for 3 hours. They wiped and swept the visible parts of the interior. They left the chest oiled. Although they say that the ceiling, floor, seats and floor will be vacuum cleaned, only the seats have been vacuum cleaned. But they didn't dry it either. The seats are wet, the outside of the car, the windows are stained. They didn't clean the inside of the doors, their pockets, between the seats. They didn't even wipe the steering wheel. They sprayed oil everywhere they saw, that's all. Dust is visible under the shine layer. They didn't touch the trunk, they didn't touch the rims. They didn't touch the underarms. The next day we took it again and left it for 3 hours. They said ready car, I looked and they didn't even touch it. They just pulled the car over and waited. We said these for 10 minutes, they blindly wiped the stains from the wetness on the seats, that's all. The owner of the shop said bring it back, the deficiencies will be fixed, but after spending 2 days and 6 hours, when I saw the inside of the car in the daylight, I lost my mind. Such a sloppy job cannot be done, I have never had a job done so badly, irrelevant and unworthy of its money. The floor looks like the ceiling. The seats are wet and still not dry, I ventilated them, but it does not dry. I'm not halal my money. 250 lira is not a little money, money is not easy to earn. You can get this cleaning done outside for 50 liras. I am attaching the receipt of the service that I did not receive here. Forbidden my money. EDIT: The owner of the company said that there is a camera recording, when I took it the next day, my car waited for 3 hours, and the employee is lying to me that we cleaned it. Then the staff cleaned the places I showed them for about 15 minutes. I even took the cloth and cleaned it myself for a while because they did a sloppy job. They were interested when taking delivery of the vehicle, but when I got the vehicle back, I saw that they were not as professional as I thought. For example, when I showed the very young friend (15-16 years old) who was interested in the car the stain on the glass of the newly washed vehicle, he wiped it with a dirty cloth (and of course it became a stain). Let me give another example: the vehicle that was in their hands for a full day had places that had never been wiped, and since they were downstairs and in the dark, they already removed most of the stains etc. I saw it when I went out. Let me give you another example: the inside of the trunk lining was dirty both when I left it and when I picked it up. Simply put, they didn't even delete the indicator. "Professionalism" should be understood as doing a job in return for the money received within the given time, but this business is definitely not like that. If there is a problem, the representative of the relevant company says, let's see, but I don't have time to spare for these things again and again (no one does). I had already left the car to them for as long as they wanted to do it properly and they had more than enough time, but the fact that they did a job that was far from the result they promised at the beginning shows how much they understand. It is very logical and real to make this comment after spending so much money and taking the time to reach this result. I definitely do not recommend, listen to the comments I think.
