Klima kompresör arızasına gelince parça fiyatı çok yüksek olduğu için yetkili serviste yaptırmak istemedim. Bu nedenle 250 TL denilen arıza tespit bedelini 200TL olarak ödedim. Tüm yetkili servislerin standart olarak; malzeme, işçilik ve arıza tespit bedeli olmalı. Keyfi uygulamalardan kaçınılmalı. Mümkünse yetkili servis fiyatları düşürülmeli.
Yakup personally dealt with the problem of the master vehicle. We had a short conversation with him, thank you for his interest. As for the air conditioner compressor malfunction, I did not want to have it done at the authorized service because the part price was too high. For this reason, I paid the cost of failure detection, called 250 TL, as 200 TL. As a standard of all authorized services; material, workmanship and fault detection costs. Arbitrary practices should be avoided. If possible, the authorized service prices should be reduced.
