İnternetten firma yetkililerine ulaştım ve durumu izah ettim. Hemen yardımcı oldular ve sıfır ayakkabı gönderdiler. Hiçbirini tanımam etmezdim ama artık tanıyorum. İnsanlık ve esnaflık adına hepsi 10 numara. Ayakkabı gömdermeseler de insanlıkları herşeyin üstünde. Özellikle benimle en çok ilgilenip zaman ayıran Erkan beye ve Tüm Çelik ailesine teşekkürlerimi ve minnettarlarımı sunarım. Rabbim doğruluğunuzdan ve dürüstlüğünüzden hiçbir zaman sizi ayırmasın. I wore the shoes under the name of NUSRET ÇELİK brand, which I bought from BİM, for an average of 4 months. There was a hole in the base. I took it to me to return it, but my heart did not settle. I reached the company officials on the internet and explained the situation. They immediately helped and sent zero shoes. I wouldn't recognize any of them, but now I do. They are all number 10 for humanity and artisanship. Even if they don't wear shoes, their humanity is above everything.
