C	Celalittin Gezkaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanju Bey ve eşi çok nazik insanlar. Kendimizi rahat hissetmemiz icin ellerinden geleni yaptilar. Sanki kendi evimiz gibi. Teras kattan manzara muazzam. Doğası havası ve denize sifir konumuyla her turlu ovguyu fazlasiyla hakediyor. Tanju Bey and his wife are very kind people. They did their best to make us feel comfortable. It's like our own home. The view from the terrace is enormous. It deserves every kind of ovum, with its nature, air and location zero to the sea.

Sabah dalga sesleri ile uyanmak, zeytin ağaçları altında çimlerde yürümek, bahçeden taze topladığımız semizotu ve fesleğenle kahvaltı yapmak ve bir dakikada denize ulaşmak hayal gibi gelebilir ama gerçek. Geceleri ise hamakta sallanıp birbirine karışan dalga ve böcek seslerini dinlerken yıldızları seyretmek, bir de dolunay var ise bol bol fotoğraf çekmek. En önemlisi de güleryüzlü ve yardımsever işletmecileri olması. Neye ihtiyacınız olursa çözüm buluyorlar ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Denize karşı kahve içmeyi, Hatta deniz kenarına götürmeyi, bahçenin tadını çıkarmayı, sakın ha mangal yakmayı da unutmayın. Ve bu yazıyı her ne kadar çok tatlı ve güzel işletmecilere bir gönül borcu olarak yazsam da, benim gibi dinlenmek isteyen tatil gibi tatil yapmak isteyen kişilere tavsiye olarak yazıyorum. Gönül rahatlığıyla gidebilirsiniz. Ben bundan sonra mutlaka her yılın belirli bir dönemi oradayım. We stayed in this beautiful place for two months. Waking up to the sound of waves in the morning, walking on the grass under olive trees, having breakfast with the purslane and basil we picked fresh from the garden and reaching the sea in a minute may seem like a dream, but it is real. At night, swinging on the hammock and listening to the sounds of waves and insects mingling with each other, watching the stars, and taking lots of photos if there is a full moon. Most importantly, they have friendly and helpful operators. Whatever you need, they find solutions and help. Do not forget to drink coffee against the sea, even take it to the seaside, enjoy the garden, and have a barbecue. And although I write this article as a debt of love to many sweet and beautiful businesses, I write it as a recommendation for people who want to have a holiday like a relaxing holiday. You can go with peace of mind. I am definitely there for a certain period of each year from now on.
B	Burak Demirer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanju bey adından insan ilişkileri çok iyi bir kişi tarafından işletilmekte olan bir yer. 2 katlı bir bina ile tel katlı bir yapıya sahiptir. İki katlı yapı altta bir daire (2+1) ve üstte (1+1) yapılardan oluşmaktadır. Tekli yapı ise 2+1 olarak dizayn edilmiştir. Demre yaklaşık 2 km uzaklıkta beymelekte yee almaktadır. Önünde güzel bir denize sahiptir. Deniz yaklaşık 60-70m uzaklıktadır(elinizi uzatsaniz dokunacak kadar yakın gibi). Deniz temiz ancak bazı günler çok dalgalı olmaktadır. Öyle olsa bile taşdibi gibi yakın kumsallarda rahatlıkla vakit geçirebilirsiniz. Ulaşım ve parkta sorun yaşamazsınız. Sessizliği sevenler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Hele ki Deniz manzaralı ve açık bir gökyüzünde ayın doğuşunu izleyebileceğiniz balkon keyfi harika. Tesiste wi-fi mevcuttur. Ocak, mikrodalga, bulaşık makinesi, çamaşır makinesi, buzdolabı vardır. Özellikle pandemide tercih edilebilecek bir yerdir. Daire girişleri farklı yerlerden yapılmaktadır. It is a place run by a very good human relations person named Tanju Bey. It has a wire-storey structure with a 2-storey building. The two-storey building consists of a flat (2+1) at the bottom and (1+1) buildings at the top. The single building is designed as 2+1. Demre is located in Beymelek, about 2 km away. It has a beautiful sea in front of it. The sea is about 60-70m away (like close enough to touch if you extend your hand). The sea is clean but some days it is very wavy. Even so, you can easily spend time on nearby beaches such as Taşdibi. You will not have any problems with transportation and parking. I would definitely recommend for those who like silence. Especially the balcony with sea view and a clear sky where you can watch the moonrise is wonderful. Wi-fi is available at the property. There is a stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator. It is a place that can be preferred especially during the pandemic. Apartment entrances are made from different places.

I recommend your stay, we are very satisfied
E	Eldar Suleiman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are not sure whether we liked the place or the owners more?. The superb terrace to do sports/eat/read/etc. Sea is in 30 seconds with a nice beach. Amazing sunrises as a bonus. 2nd fllor has a bedroom+studio-perfect for one person or couple for a vacation. A small garden for a siesta in hammock or BBQ. The small kitchen, though the owner Tancu bought everything we neede+ bought us a wardrobe, gave us another fridge and heater(we came in January). He was so kind to bring us by car to the local bazaar on Fridays and gave us scooter on weekends for free. After staying here for 1+ month we left it with a nice aftertaste and a friendship that is stronger than a turkish coffee we drink together. Görüşürüz, Tancu&Hacer!
R	Rehab Hassanein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you give the owners enough notice even if you're able to book it immediately, as we did this mistake and had to wait for an hour and a half for them to clean the place. The apartment was nice & air-conditioned, the kitchen had all the utensils one would need to make different meals, there's a stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge, so would be suitable for a long term stay. The place has 4 apartments each with it's own entrance. There was no towels/shampoo/body lotion so bring your own. The shower was a bit weird as we could either get very hot or cold water. The area is a bit isolated/private, but the town centre is 5 minutes away by car, so you'll either need a car or a bike if you'll need to get groceries. The beach was beautiful and there wasn't many people, again great for privacy.
R	Reka Krieg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanju, the owner made this a wonderful stay and experience by being so welcoming, helpful and kind. The flat I had has a beautiful sea view, excellent spot for sunrise and the sea is only few metres, maybe seconds from the apartment. The beach was clean and empty. The flat was clean and had everything I needed (even a washing machine). I walked the lycian way so really needed to wash my clothes. It also has a lovely garden to chill in or to make BBQ (they have one). The balcony was cosy with nice views. This is a high recommend . You will feel happy being there resting after Lycian way or to spend holiday time , rest time and exploring the other regions of Turkey. There is also a hammock in the garden . A cute, cosy, welcoming place that has everything you need. And the bed was very comfortable too .
