İnternetten bulduğum alfa servisi olarak geldim ve Uğur Bey ile tanıştım. Hızlı, etkin ve kaliteli servisi ile sorun anında giderildi. Kısa bir yol testinde ise araçtaki daha önceden bildiğim tüm sorunları da tek tek tespit etmesi güven duygumu arttırdı.
Borcum nedir diye sorduğumda ise; Siz yolcusunuz borcunuz yok yolunuz açık olsun demesi ve Bizi bir fırsat olarak görmemesi beni duygulandırdı.
Araçtaki sorun hızlıca çözülünce Sayesinde küçük kızım ve eşim Pamukkaleyi gezebilme şansını da elde etti. Ve yolculuğumuza güven içinde devam ettik.
