Yalan söyleyerek bilet SATMASINLAR!!! 24 Nisan 2019 Denizli merkez otogardan 71 yaşındaki annem Denizli'den Didim'e (hareket saati:13:30) bilet alıyor. Bileti alırken Mavişehir'den geçip geçmediğini sorduğunda geçtiğini söyeyip bilet kesiyorlar. Ancak otobüs direk Didim merkeze gidiyor. (Otobüsle bir yere gitmeye alışık olmayan ayrıca ilaç kullanan bir insana yalan söylemekten çekinmeyen, utanmayan insanlara biz canımızı emanet ediyoruz.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu gun itibari ile Antalyadan sabah 11 aracina bindim izmire gidiyorum bileti internetten aldim aciklamalarda 200 bilmem kac volt elektrik pirizi oldugu yaziyordu fakat pirizlerin calismadigini arizali oldugunu ogreniyorum bunun icin ne bir aciklama yapildi nede cözüm üretildi sarzim bitmek uzere hic memnun kalmadim.

It doesn't even deserve 1 star. I couldn't reach you to get information by phone while coming from adana, as I waited to be connected to buy a ticket or another transaction on the way back from denizli, no one picks up the phone, indifference knee-deep

Sonra tekrar aradığımda başka bir çalışan servisin olmadığını söylüyor taksiyle yetişmeye çabalıyorum. Taksiye bindiğimde ise 20 dk rötar olduğu söyleniyor. 1 saattir bekliyorum hala gelen araç yok. Siz de sizinle dalga geçilmesini isterseniz kullanabilirsiniz. Çok yolculuk yapıyordum ama artık 5 kuruş para vermem kimseye de önermem. Tüm tanıdıklarım ve ben yolculuk için bu firmayı asla tercih etmeyeceğiz. Müşterileriyle dalga geçen ve umursamayan Kamil Koç.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 05.12.2021 tarihinde 15.00 Denizli-İzmir biletim vardı. 14.50'de otogarda personların oradaydım. 2 tane kamilkoç otobüsü vardı ve birisinin önünde Van'a gideceği yazıyordu. Diğerinin İzmir otobüsü olduğunu gösterir hiç bir ibare yoktu. Otobüs 15 dk rötarlı kalktı ve bilet kontrolü dahi yapılmadı. Allaha emanet gidiyoruz şuan. Umarım arabayı kullanan da yolculardan biri değildir. Kamilkoç Merdiven Altı şirket olmuş resmen.
I had a 15.00 Denizli-İzmir ticket on 05.12.2021. I was at the bus station at 14.50. There were 2 Kamilkoç buses and it was written that one of them was going to Van. There was no indication that the other one was the Izmir bus. The bus was delayed for 15 minutes and ticket control was not even done. We are entrusted to God now. I hope the driver is not one of the passengers. Kamilkoç Stairs Six has officially become a company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't take bus from this company. Our bus to Göreme dropped us at Nevesehir at 6 in the morning. They said there will be shuttle bus to Göreme. And we found we have to buy some tour from the travel agency there, then the bus will come. This company cheating together with the travel agency. We didn't reach our destination with their bus.
Besides, the bus company lies that they provide Wi-Fi on the bus.
不要買這家的車票，他們把我們丟在半路城市，說會有接駁車，結果是根本是要跟旅行社買行程，才會有車來接，完全不可信的公司，糟糕透頂。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the bus departed on time and seats were quite comfortable, there was a strong disgusting smell of cigarettes that rised up several times. Like somebody smoked just inside the bus! Stewards ignored it completely.
