Flora Garden BEACH - Çavuşköy Köyü/ Manavgat/ Antalya

One of the most relaxing place to stay. Wonderful staff and wonderful service. Will definitely turn back in future. Thank you Flora Garden for these days here.

Issues began as just I arrived to the hotel. I tried to enter my room, which is located 500 meters away from reception, but I couldn’t. After that I went to reception to tell the guys that the room is locked. They gave me another key, however, it didn’t work too. I returned to the reception again. Employees didn’t want to do anything until I started shouting at them. After an hour of running from room to reception and back, shouting at them in order to force them to do ANYTHING, the process of fixing finally began. Okay, that is a technical issue and I’ll forgive their ignorance and laziness once. The next day the door lock alarm started constantly beeping, I told that to employees twice, do you think they did anything? Nah. I finally entered my room and decided to take a shower. The shower was broken :) I tried to call employees to fix it, but the phone was broken too :) My marathon continued. Okay again. I decided not to ruin my own vacation and to go to the beach, lay down and relax. After we finally arrived to the beach, started sunbathing, the pack of employees arrived and started shouting something (might be in Turkish, because they did not speak any other language and explained their feelings and needs with fingers), they required us to leave! In some time I found out that this is the “special” area for “special” visitors. Guess how I found it out? One of employees, who hardly spoke something, that sounded like English, told it to us. No signs. No pre-informing. No borders. Nothing. Terrible cuisine. I am a athlete. My diet is not complicated. Just meat, vegetables and fruits. There was no problem with veges, however, completely, totally, no meat. If want you to get some protein, you need to ask a triple portion of something they call “meat” and look for tiny pieces of meat, hidden under a ton of rice. And all these disappointments happened in 24 HOURS! Ruined vacation, total disappointment.

This was one of the most amazing stays ever. BUT! For that, you must book the room with infinity pool! And there are only 10 of them at this hotel. Otherwise, it will be just good, not spectacular :) the staff is friendly and attentive, eventhough not everyone speaks English :) very quiet, as it is adults only hotel. Lots of green with well developed garden. The food varies every day, not the michelin star level, but it will do :)

I am still here and I want to tell you that the area with the beautiful beach is closed, also the garden is not open to tourists. The green area, the most beautiful area of ​​the resort is closed. Unfortunately, tourists have access to only one beach, full of algae in the morning and which has a steep entrance into the water. I do not recommend, choose to invest your holiday money differently.

Amazing resort! Very nicely spaced out. Cute little villas surrounded by beautiful gardens. Great choice of food options, served in various areas of the hotel, around the clock. Main restaurant is located on the 1st level, with a beautiful terrase, overlooking the sea. Good spread of food and wide choice of drink options. Great life music every evening. Massage and turkish hammam were also lovely and affordable. The resort is situated almost 1.30 hrs away from the airport but it is worth the drive. The only thing that the management could have closer look into is the attitude of some of their staff members. Majority were excellent and hospitable but couple of waiters were rolling their eyes at guests or came accross as impatient to meet requests. Some staff members in the spa were constantly using their phones instead of greeting customers or did bare minimum to quickly go back and continue their candy crush game. However Ibrahim in the main spa reception was simply fantastic and very funny! Ömer in the main hotel reception was knowledgable, helpful, always smiling and clearly enjoing his job. We went to Flora Garden for 11 days in October 2021. Although we thought there wouldn’t be a lot of people because of COVID, it turned out to be pleasantly busy. We often went to 5 star hotels but this was by far the best hotel: beautifully maintained gardens, fantastic cottage with sea view, delicious and diverse food, good coffee, WIFI everywhere on the site (even on the beach), every day is there is live music and you can see small sea turtles entering the water for the first time in the evenings. Staff members were also very nice and alway served us in a friendly and attentive manner. All in all fantastic and we will definitely be back in 2022!

The hotel is fantastic without a shed of doubt. Have booked all inclusive stay , being vegetarian you expect some hot food ( atleast one dish). Mentioned to the chef on our first day. Had to make a formal complaint at the reception and confirmed no vegetarian hot food. He straight away ask the chef to make us something. Mr Omar, who dealt with our complaint very efficiently and explained the situation to be of lack of communication.

I loved this hotel, first it is a lovely size, I'm not a fan of these 'monster hotels' and was also spread out over a large site. Second I loved the fact that it was adults only, third was the food was freshly prepared and mainly local dishes; if you want a pizza and chicken nuggets menu then this won't be for you although we did have burgers one night but not from a freezer. We had a standard garden room and it was so nice I'm glad I didn't pay for an upgrade as I was considering. Need to let people know that the location is a bit remote and the beach is very pebbly. I'm not one for going back to the same place twice but, in a few years, could be persuaded to return here as our trip was at the end of the season and just as UK lifted covid restrictions to Turkey so not all facilities in the hotel was open and other guests felt that it wasn't as good as they had experienced previously. Service from staff was exemplary
