Ürünün bozuk olduğunu kabul etmiyorlar. Ürünsel olmadığını söyleyip kestirip atıyorlar ne bir değişim söz konusu ne de geri iade. Satış esnasın da böyle bir durumdan bahsedilmiyor her şey halledilir 2 yıl garantisi var deniliyor. 15 gün içerisinde iade edilebilir deniyor ama hiç biri yapılmıyor. Ürünlerin arkasında durmuyorlar.
