Bilem High Class Hotel

It is the best stay i have in this hotel because of the staff i dealing with specially front office manager he is helper person and his disk staff also ..good location close to thing you need from parks , markets .. view to sea for all room hope to be back again and stay at hotel.

The staff is amazing they make you feel home. I only suggest booking online rather than the reception as you can get better deal. Other than I highly recommend.

No air conditioning, poor customer service. Everything requires money. Usually, water is placed free in rooms. Here they charge 8TL. The name does not stand for itself. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

The man at the front desk did try, but there has been little upkeep to the rooms. There were little things wrong in every room that we were in. And we were in the fourth room before our third night. The pool is very nice and is kept warm. Breakfast was pretty good. Eggs fried to order. Location is very good. They have a good looking deck area for the summertime. Definitely not a 4 star property.

Verry anoying guy at the reception! Not friendly! Making a fight about entering the hotel with a small botle of water! Receptionist thinks he’s police.. Old hotel, old rooms, shower was leaking,… not a nice experience.. bad!!

rooms look old for a 4 star hotel and the food being late for more than one hour ,the staff is the reason they deserve a high rating only, they are helpful and hard working people, they helped me booking a tour and let me leave my bags at their place until I come back that I thought was extremely nice, every time I asked a question they reply with a smile ,good job guys!. (Side note: the sea is all clean and nice)

A wonderful & beautiful place and a very good location. I would like to thank Mr. (Mohamed) the receptionist for the wonderful service and beautiful smile. The coffee and the food are delicious. I advise everyone to try it.

Starting from the entrance they only have a steep ramp for entry and no stairs!!! They've put a makeshift block of wood a step to go inside. Lobby is v.small, breakfast has v.limited options and they serve you at your table like 1 small pancake, 1 boiled egg, 3 types of cheese triangles, a bun and veggies that's all. Asking for more can charge you more too. Dinner is okayish, sometimes nice, sometimes undercooked. Be mindful that the complimentary water is only available on the first night of check in, onwards it would be charged 8 TL per bottle, which I think you can just stock up on from the stores across the road. The manager needs to learn how to be more welcoming to guests, the rest of the staff is courteous.
