Avoid any developments by this company. Work is shoddy, prices are sky high. We bought a place - 5 years later its worth half of what we paid, and even at half its a struggle to sell.

Unfortunately I am not able to give Artev zero star 0* rating, or I would do so. I purchased a property in 2005 from Artev at Hillside Gardens. For various reasons and as permitted in our contract I wanted to withdraw from the purchase within months. Artev made this very difficult, but once I employed a local lawyer they were forced to. They refunded most of what I had paid in installments £30,000, but held around £6,000. I disagreed as our contract allowed only £2,000 to be held. The whole process from start to finish took from 2007 until now. Yes, its still not finished. Although I have twice won in Court, Artev's two appeals were turned down, but still Artev find some way of not settling up a very small sum owed. They are a two bit, small time bunch of crooks, running what looks to be a respectable, successful business more like a Nickel and dime store. Artev you are pathetic !!!
